Nic Stoltzfus is a native Floridian who wears shorts and flip-flops even in February — but through the course of the Great Florida Cattle Drive Project, discovered these weren’t the best clothes for riding a horse. Recipient of the Florida Book Award for his previous book, Coastal Dune Lakes: Jewels of Florida’s Emerald Coast, Nic currently works with Elam Stoltzfus at Live Oak Production Group, where they create Florida-focused documentaries and books.
